New Beginnings offers confidential crisis and long-term therapy services to sexual assault survivors of all ages, as well as their family and friends. Services are available regardless of if the assault was committed today or decades ago. We encourage those who are minorities, LGBTQIA, those with disabilities, and other special populations to reach out to us for assistance. We welcome anyone who has been a victim of sexual violence and want to help you live your best life.
In addition, we offer a wide array of preventative and informational programs to help men, women, and children rise above sexual victimization. We have begun to focus more on prevention programming and currently employ three prevention educators that work with K-12 students.
All programs offered are free of charge.
We employ six therapists who are licensed clinical social workers (LCSW) and 1 who is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. All of these certifications require a master’s degree and continuing education. We offer medical and legal advocacy to survivors and have Victim Advocates who will assist in the process.
